About the opportunity Potenture is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced, security-cleared contract professionals for Commonwealth/Defence and National Security engagements in Canberra. You will work directly with the client and alongside Potenture's consulting teams. Your work will strengthen the client's capability through implementing and delivering outcomes. The role suits professionals who can deliver within a client organisation while helping that organisation build lasting capability. This is an Expression of Interest is to join a pool for current and upcoming opportunities as they arise. Roles we are seeking
• Portfolio and Program Professionals: lead and support complex portfolios and programs across governance, planning, delivery and transition into business as usual.
• Financial Professionals: program and portfolio finance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management and financial reporting in a Commonwealth setting.
• Program Schedulers: develop and maintain integrated schedules and provide schedule analysis, health checks, and reporting to support sound delivery decisions. What you bring

• A track record of delivery in Commonwealth, Defence or national security settings
• The ability to work closely with client teams and build their capability, not just deliver on their behalf
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and governance forums
• Clear, concise writing and reporting
• Integrity, sound judgement and discretion with sensitive information Essential requirements

• A current Australian Government security clearance
