We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Manager – MICE & Corporate to join our Sales & Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to build strong client relationships, drive revenue and contribute to the success of one of Australia’s leading luxury hotels.

About The Role
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Director of Sales, the Sales Manager – MICE & Corporate will drive business development and revenue across the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events) and Corporate segments. The successful candidate will proactively identify and convert new business opportunities, develop key client relationships, maximise revenue and contribute to the hotel’s overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across Rooms, Events and other revenue-generating departments.
• Identify, source and convert new business across the MICE and Corporate segments.
• Manage a portfolio of key accounts and build robust client relationships to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Conduct sales calls, client presentations, networking activities, site inspections and familiarisation visits.
• Develop account management strategies to retain and grow existing business.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activity in Hyatt’s sales systems and reporting tools.
• Represent Park Hyatt Sydney at industry events, trade shows, sales missions and networking functions.
• Work closely with Revenue Management, Events,



Food & Beverage and Rooms teams to deliver exceptional client and guest experiences.
• Contribute to annual business planning, sales forecasting and quarterly action plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to identify opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets through the delivery of an annual Personal Business Plan. Qualifications About You
• You have previous hotel sales experience, ideally in luxury hospitality.
• You have experience managing MICE, Corporate or Group business.
• You can demonstrate success in developing new business and growing existing accounts.
• You have strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• You are highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
• You work well independently and contribute positively to a collaborative team.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• You are confident using CRM and sales management systems.
• You take a proactive, results-driven approach and have a passion for hospitality.
