• Drive upsell performance and maximise fleet utilisation
• Analyse performance trends and implement action plans

• Manage P&L; and control costs
• Optimise rostering to match demand and sales opportunities

• Industry

Experience:
Experience in sales-led retail, operational management, or customer service. Car rental industry experience is desirable but not essential.
• Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership and coaching skills, clear communication, and exceptional relationship-building abilities.
• Commercial & Analytical

Skills:




A commercial mindset with P&L; responsibility, confidence analysing KPIs and financial data, and solid reporting capability.
• Organisation & Adaptability: Highly organised with a proactive, growth-focused attitude and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
