You'll own the AI solutions catalogue for the small business market — practical, template-based apps built on our own sovereign AI platform, plus the best third-party AI products we can take to market alongside them. Half builder, half curator, half consultant. (Yes, that's three halves — that's the job.) Your north star is simple: a small business owner tries one of your tools on Monday and tells a mate about it by Friday. What you'll own
• The AI solutions catalogue: practical, Monday-morning-practical apps and agents on our sovereign AI platform
• Build-vs-resell decisions: evaluating third-party AI products commercially, not just technically, and deciding what we take to market
• Helping small businesses get going with AI: translating what's possible into plain English they can act on
• Working with the GM on packaging,
pricing and go-to-market
• Feeding what small businesses actually need back into the product roadmap You'll probably have
• Built real things with modern AI: LLM apps, agents, automations — and shipped them to actual users
• Assessed AI products and vendors commercially, not just technically
• Explained AI to non-technical people without making them feel stupid
• Helped non-technical customers adopt new technology before — and liked it
• A pragmatic builder's instinct: templates over frameworks, shipped over perfect, Monday-morning-useful over demo-day-impressive
