We’re hiring: Category Manager Want to shape what lands on the shelves of a national retail network? Hip Pocket Workwear & Safety is looking for a commercially sharp Category Manager to lead range and category strategy across our 60+ locally owned stores. What you’ll own
• Category strategy for Workwear, Footwear, PPE & Safety, Uniforms and Branding
• Range, pricing and margin decisions, backed by the numbers
• Negotiations with our Supply Partners on cost, rebates and terms
• Turning outstanding ranges into real results in store, alongside our Franchise Partners What you’ll bring
• Category management, buying or merchandise planning experience (workwear, footwear, safety or apparel is a big plus)
• Proven negotiation skills with measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
• The confidence to influence and present to,



Supply Partners, Franchise Partners and senior leaders
• Understanding of the Franchise industry a plus. You’ll report directly to our Chief Operating Officer and work with a team that backs local business owners every day. Some interstate travel is involved. Ready to help Australian workers do their best work?
