About The Role
We have a great opportunity for a Casual Personal Care Worker to join our team at Cheltenham Manor. We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals who can commit to at least 3 shifts per week. This role suits someone who is looking for flexible casual work within a supportive, well established aged care environment, and who takes genuine pride in the care they deliver every day. Availability Requirements
• Must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week




• Flexible across morning and afternoon shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high quality personal care to residents
• Support resident wellbeing within a team environment
• Follow RN In Charge directives
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to your work Qualifications & Experience
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Required)
• Minimum 1 year aged care experience (Required)
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant aged care legislation
• Understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards Requirements
• Current Police Check (Required)
