Role Description : As a Collections Officer, you'll spend most of your day talking with customers about outstanding accounts. The role involves:
• Making outbound calls and taking inbound calls.
• Responding to customer emails.
• Setting up payment arrangements and discussing account options.
• Updating account notes and customer records.
• Working with customers to resolve outstanding debts.
• Following company processes and compliance requirements.
• Working as part of a team to achieve results.



Previous customer service experience is essential. Collections experience is a bonus, but full training is provided. If you're comfortable talking to people, can stay professional in challenging conversations, and are willing to learn, we'd love to hear from you. Qualifications Customer service experience is essential. This is an entry-level prospect and full training is provided. Collections experience is beneficial but not required. If you're reliable, willing to learn, and can show up every day with a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with people from all backgrounds are important. Must be able to work on-site in Subiaco and work as part of a team.
