• Minimum 3 years PQE in a law firm or in-house
• Experience in providing legal advice on Australian financial services regulatory requirements and legal risk management (Corporations Act, Banking Act, APRA standards)
• Experience in providing guidance on financial crime matters, including sanctions, AML and fraud-related issues
