About The Role
Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join its client’s team. In this position, you will design, build, maintain, and improve software solutions that support client requirements and project objectives. You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to understand technical needs, develop effective solutions, and help deliver projects successfully. The role also involves developing custom automated contracts and workflows for large legal clients, requiring care, sound technical judgement, and attention to detail. Candidates should be comfortable working independently when needed while remaining collaborative and communicative within a cross-functional team. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least five years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience with web development frameworks and related technologies.




• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and collaborative software delivery.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to investigate and resolve technical challenges.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• A commitment to coding standards, maintainable software, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions in line with client requirements and agreed project goals.
• Develop custom automated contracts and workflows for large legal clients, translating business needs into dependable technical functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan work, share progress, resolve dependencies, and support successful project delivery.
• Write high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code that follows established coding standards and software development best practices.
• Investigate, debug, and resolve software defects and technical issues in a timely and structured manner.
• Participate in code reviews, assess proposed changes,



and provide constructive feedback that supports quality and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to Agile delivery practices, including clear communication about progress, priorities, and potential obstacles.
• Consider the needs of clients and end users when evaluating technical approaches and implementing improvements.
