Role Description

We are seeking a Dealer to join our energetic Trading team, reporting directly to the Head of Trading. This role is responsible for monitoring market risk, managing trading positions, executing client orders, and supporting market-making activities while ensuring compliance with internal risk parameters and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external brokers to ensure efficient trade execution, competitive pricing, and exceptional client service in a fast-paced trading environment.

Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage trading positions within established risk mandates while maximising trading performance.




- Execute client trade requests accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor client trading activity and trade flows.
- Monitor and maintain pricing and market-making activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with external brokers and liquidity providers.
- Ensure all trading activities comply with regulatory requirements and best execution policies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Dealer, eDealer, or in a similar trading role within the financial services industry.
- Sound understanding of FX, CFDs, or other leveraged financial products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
