About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Attendant, Supervisor, and Duty Manager to join our dynamic team in Perth, Western Australia. This temporary, casual role is essential for ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high standards within our hospitality and catering operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing guest experiences and supporting the overall efficiency of our food and beverage services.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage service areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and train staff, providing guidance and support to enhance service quality.




- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management, including ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and coordination during peak hours.
- Implement promotional activities and special events to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a food and beverage role is preferred but not essential for entry-level candidates.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
