About your opportunity:
In this position you will... * Review SAC1 clinical incidents to determine what went wrong, why it happened and what recommendations can be put in place to prevent the incident happening again. * Facilitate relevant service group / speciality team training about patient safety and quality and provide advice to improve the safety culture, processes, outcomes and experiences through ongoing engagement with clinicians. * Collate and report evidence of improvement against the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards and enable the fulfilment of CHHHS and Queensland Health (QH) reporting requirements.
