About the role
Permanent part time opportunity to provide expert clinical knowledge and clinical care for consumers/patients with a variety of conditions and support the general function of unit through role modelling and application of the principles of contemporary evidence-based consumer/patient focused care, education, leadership, and portfolio management.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: * Deliver advanced clinical nursing care across a specialised Day Procedure and Endoscopy Unit, supporting patients throughout their procedural journey. * Apply expert clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills to provide high-quality, patient-centred care in a dynamic environment. * Provide education and support to patients and families, empowering them with the knowledge and confidence to manage their health and recovery. * Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver secure, culturally responsive and evidence-based care. * Contribute to clinical excellence through quality improvement, research and the implementation of best practice initiatives. * Take on a key leadership role by mentoring,



supporting and developing nursing staff while fostering a positive learning culture.
