As the Anaesthetic Technician Educator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and developing the anaesthetic workforce through the delivery of education, training and clinical support across a diverse and rapidly evolving perioperative environment. Working alongside a collaborative team of Anaesthetic Technicians, Anaesthetic Nurses and Anaesthetists, you will help shape the future of this unique specialty by mentoring staff, supporting students and fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation and evidence-based practice. About you:
In your new role you will... * Facilitate/ coordinate, clinical anaesthetic education for Anaesthetic staff as directed - inclusive of undergraduates, perioperative graduates, Anaesthetic Technicians (HPs), Medical,



Nursing and Allied Health Stakeholders in CHHHS and Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service. * Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical education and professional development programs for undergraduate and post - graduate Anaesthetic Technicians (HPs). * Co-ordinate and deliver orientation with clinical supervision and mentoring, ensuring education and specialty training is delivered to a high standard, supported with evidence based best practice.
