We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager who shares our passion for quality and takes pride in the finer details of residential construction.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you’ll oversee the construction of luxury custom homes, ensuring each project is delivered safely and in line with programme, budget and quality expectations.

Working closely with our project team, architects, consultants and trades, you’ll guide construction through to handover while keeping clients informed and confident throughout their build.

Your Responsibilities:

- Managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, suppliers and deliveries.

- Developing and maintaining construction programmes, anticipating challenges and keeping works on track.

- Reviewing drawings, specifications and construction requirements to resolve issues early.

- Maintaining exceptional workmanship through regular quality inspections and defect management.

- Monitoring site costs, materials and additional works to support budget outcomes.

- Leading site safety, including inductions, toolbox meetings and compliance.

- Building strong relationships with clients and providing regular progress updates.

- Managing handover and supporting clients through the aftercare period.

About You





You’re an organised and proactive Site Manager with a strong understanding of luxury residential construction. You communicate clearly, build productive relationships with trades and bring a practical approach to solving complex construction challenges.

You’ll bring:

- Significant experience, ideally 5–10 years, delivering high-end custom homes valued at $3m–$12m.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate complex construction activities.

- Basement construction experience, preferably.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, Australian Standards and site safety requirements.

- The ability to interpret detailed architectural and engineering drawings.

- A trade qualification and/or qualification in Building or Construction Management.

- A current Victorian driver’s licence, White Card and current First Aid and CPR qualifications.

- Confidence using construction programmes and Microsoft Office.
