We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operators to join a busy beverage packing company in Dingley Village. This is a outstanding opportunity for candidates with experience in pick packing, warehousing, food manufacturing or production work.

Key Duties

- Operating production machinery (set up and monitor machines)
- Manual packing, palletising and destacking
- Assisting with production line setups and changeovers
- Troubleshooting issues and reporting them to the Production Manager or Line Setter
- Monitoring productivity and meeting daily KPIs
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in pick packing, warehousing or food manufacturing
- Ability to perform manual handling and repetitive tasks




- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable, punctual and a good team player
- Full Australian working rights, current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Available for an immediate start

What's On Offer

- Afternoon Shift: Monday-Friday, starting at 2:30pm - $38.00 per hour
- Night Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:40pm-2:00am - $42.97 per hour
- Casual on-call employment
- Training provided with potential for ongoing work
