About the role:

- Work across a variety of commercial litigation, insolvency and corporate disputes.
- Advise clients on complex legal and commercial issues, including matters involving the Corporations Act.
- Manage matters with a high degree of autonomy, with support from experienced senior lawyers.
- Draft court documents, correspondence and legal advice.
- Develop robust client relationships and contribute to the ongoing success of the practice.

The ideal candidate:

- 2–4 years PQE in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
- Strong understanding of the Corporations Act.
- Strong drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.




- The confidence to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team.
- A commercial, practical and client-focused approach.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
