Human Resources Assistant (Regional)

Location: Lismore NSW

Tenure: Full-time, temporary position until November 2027 to cover a period of parental leave. Role to commence asap.

Overview Of Role

The HR Assistant provides support and advice to Principals, Assistant Principals and school staff in the Clarence Region on the PageUp Human Resources software and assists with the end-to-end Human Resources and recruitment process for teacher, coordinator,



non-teaching and casual employee positions.

The Human Resources

Assistant will also work closely with the Manager, Human Resources and the Human Resources Business Partner in supporting schools in determining appropriate school staff solutions.

This role supports the underlying Mission of Catholic Education in the Diocese of Lismore by delivering services that contribute to enabling students to achieve the fullness of life.
