We’re Hiring | Dayforce Integration Lead

Location: Sydney, Australia

We are looking for an experienced Dayforce Integration Lead to lead integration design, provide technical expertise, and support successful client implementations and go-lives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical architecture and design for Dayforce integrations, including REST APIs and microservices.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for existing integrations, supporting clients and implementation teams.
- Provide technical support during client go-lives and post-implementation periods.
- Troubleshoot integration and file errors using Azure reporting tools.
- Develop explicit technical documentation and user guides.




- Design and deliver training programs to strengthen implementation team capabilities.

Key Requirements:

- Hands-on Dayforce integration experience.
- Strong understanding of integration technologies, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Experience in troubleshooting integration issues and supporting client go-lives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams, clients, and implementation partners.
