Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead ServiceNow SAM Pro / ITAM Solution Architect to join our team in Victoria, Australia. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in IT asset management and software asset management, with a robust focus on ServiceNow solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow SAM Pro and ITAM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow SAM Pro and ITAM solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow SAM Pro and ITAM solutions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members and stakeholders on ServiceNow SAM Pro and ITAM functionalities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, making recommendations for improvements.




- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in IT asset management and software asset management.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.

Mandatory Skills:
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow, specifically in SAM Pro and ITAM modules.
- Proven track record of leading large scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong understanding of IT asset management processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and customizations.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in IT asset management.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and their impact on IT asset management.
- Certifications related to ServiceNow and IT asset management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in IT asset management and software asset management.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on ServiceNow.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members
