Founded by two Australian women, Ali and Julie, who wanted one gift that’s really wanted and less waste along the way. Ten years on, we have around 5 million users in 153 countries. We still move like a start-up, so you’ll be part of the big decisions, not a cog in the wheel.

The role

We’re after a hands-on, savvy Marketing Coordinator with broad marketing skills and deeper experience in marketing a digital product and content. You’re equal parts creative and analytical, you like freedom over red tape, and you love finding clever ways to grow. Our customers love the product because it helps them do lovely things for others, which makes it a joy to market.

You’ll report to co-founder Ali Linz and our Australian Marketing Lead, and have real influence on the brand as we grow.

What you’ll do

You'll learn the gamut of marketing - everything!

- Content and PR: create content and assets for media and partners, and write media releases.
- Email marketing:



create and send email campaigns to our customers.
- Website and SEO: keep site copy and images accurate and optimised for conversion, and use SEO insights to lift visibility and traffic.
- Events: help coordinate conference merch and activities.

About you

- 3+ years in marketing, ideally with a content or PR focus
- You write engaging copy (this is a must)
- Ideally, you’ve worked on a digital-first product
- Hands-on with website updates (CMS, copy and images)
- Familiar with Semrush or a similar SEO tool
- Solid grasp of digital channels and platforms
- Confident creating assets in Canva
- You thrive in a small, fast-moving, cooperative team and want to grow with us.

What we offer

- $65,000 - $80 plus super
- Hybrid: 3 days a week in our Sydney CBD office at The Commons, 388 George St
