We’re Hiring | Marketing Officer

We are looking for an experienced, creative and detail-oriented team member to focus on marketing and social media management, while providing occasional support with basic bookkeeping and administration.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms, including content publishing and audience engagement.
- Manage WeChat Official Accounts and WeChat Channels, including article editing, video content planning and publishing.
- Create engaging written, visual and short-form video content, support brand and in-store marketing campaigns, and monitor campaign performance.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoice organisation, account reconciliation and general administrative tasks.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of qualified experience.




- Familiarity with the above social media platforms, with strong content planning and copywriting skills.
- Ability to create videos using AI tools, or photography skills. Video editing experience is an advantage.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in basic bookkeeping, administration or the retail sector is preferred.
- Applicants must hold Australian permanent residency (PR).
