Why This Role Is Different

Many roles focus on a single stage of a person's recovery journey.

This role supports people at two of the most important stages of recovery - preparing for treatment and successfully transitioning back into the community.

You'll work alongside participants as they strengthen connections to family, culture, community, employment, education and other supports that contribute to long-term wellbeing and recovery.

This is an opportunity to make a real difference at one of the most important stages of a person's recovery journey.

The program provides a secure, supportive and recovery-focused environment where participants can strengthen wellbeing, build confidence,

reconnect with community and develop the skills needed to achieve their goals.

Working as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you'll help participants build strong foundations for long-term recovery and positive change.
