????? ??? ????We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects from initiation through completion across New Zealand. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, clients, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to agreed quality standards.

- Plan and manage projects across the full project lifecycle.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate project teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Prepare project plans, progress reports, status updates, and project documentation.
- Identify potential risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Track project performance and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support quality assurance and ensure project outcomes meet agreed requirements.
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across project teams.
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently and in accordance with organisational processes and applicable New Zealand requirements.

- Previous professional experience in project management or a closely related role.
- Strong project planning, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Experience managing timelines, budgets, resources, and project risks.




- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency with common project management and productivity tools.
- Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Business, Engineering, IT, Construction, or a related field are desirable.
- Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is desirable but not mandatory unless required for the specific role.
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand, or willingness to explore applicable work visa options where eligible.
