Receptionist - Nations Church Myaree

Full-time - 12 month fixed-term parental leave appointment, with the possibility of extension.

The position

We are looking for a professional and motivated Receptionist to join our Operations team at the Myaree campus.

This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service to visitors and managing general reception duties for the campus and the wider Nations Church team.

Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Greeting visitors in a timely, professional and welcoming manner
- Responding to incoming calls, emails and general enquiries
- Coordinating room bookings and associated facility requirements
- Providing inter-departmental administrative support as required
- Maintaining stationery and office supplies
- Processing daily mail and receiving deliveries
- Managing information and records accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of staff facilities and associated areas





This role is located at our Nations Myaree Campus and the successful candidate will be required to make Nations Church their home church.

What are we looking for?

MUST-HAVES The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. They will have sound computer skills and strong attention to detail, with a skilled and welcoming approach.

A strong desire to see the Nations Church's Mandate outworked - that the Lost be Found, Disciples Made and that Nations be Reached.
