About The Role

As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service. This position combines proactive patrols, incident response, and front-line client interaction.

Pay Rate: Level 2 | $29.24 per hour

Roster

- Monday: 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- Thursday to Sunday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Tuesday & Wednesday: Off

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets.
- Maintain a professional, visible, and approachable security presence.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance.




- Identify potential risks and take appropriate action in line with site procedures.
- Adhere to all client, site, and company security policies and protocols.
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records and documentation.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current and valid Security Licence.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Previous security experience, with retail security experience highly regarded.
- Availability to work afternoon, evening, weekday, and weekend shifts.
- Good physical fitness, as the role involves regular foot patrols.
- The ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
- Solid attention to detail and situational awareness.
- A reliable, professional, and punctual work history.
- Full Australian working rights.
