Bursty is on the lookout for a cracking Senior Account Manager
- Social and Earned to join our growing team Fresh off a hugely successful Nedd's Uncomfortable Challenge Campaign and some exciting work with our clients including PUMA, Netflix, TEG Sport, Mitre 10 and Forty Winks, we are looking to bring a new face into our team in our Melbourne office. You’ll be a key part of our team working on breakthrough earned ideas, media relationships, influencer strategy, and always-on social thinking that delivers real business impact for our clients. In most cases you will be the day to day point of contact for your clients. Your primary focus is to ensure all campaigns and projects in your accounts are delivered smoothly and to their full potential, in line with client objectives. Your work will include:
• Developing and executing earned-first campaigns across influencers, social and PR platforms.
• Building and nurturing strong media and influencer relationships; that help secure top-tier coverage and partnerships.
• Overseeing day-to-day client relationships,



providing strategic counsel and proactive thinking.
• Owning client account planning, budget management, reporting
• Monitoring industry trends and apply insights to earned content strategies and media approaches.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, pushing for bold and culturally relevant work. Skills & Experience Required
• 4-5+ years in Social, PR or communications roles, ideally in an agency environment.
• Proven success in developing and delivering social first and earned-led campaigns that generate buzz and drive measurable results.
• Strong media and influencer networks with a track record of coverage in key outlets.
• An understanding of how PR and social intersect with paid and owned channels.
• Confident client leadership and excellent presentation skills.
• Creative problem-solving, with a proactive and cooperative mindset.
• Experience managing multiple accounts, deliverables, budgets.
