That's the business you'll be running. You'll own the P&L;, build the GTM motion, lead the sales team, and decide exactly how AI lands for every kind of small business customer we go after. What you'll own
• Full P&L;: build the plan, hit the numbers, scale from early traction to a real book of business
• GTM strategy: how we position, price,



package and sell AI to thousands of small businesses across every trade, profession and region
• Leadership of the specialist sales team that works the SMB market day in, day out
• Customer acquisition, retention and expansion: which segments we go after first, how we win them, how we keep them
• Build-vs-resell decisions in market: which third-party AI products we partner with or take to market
• Reporting directly to senior leadership in the Sydney office You'll probably have
• Started or run an emerging recurring-revenue services business — hosting, telco, marketing services, SaaS — with real P&L; ownership
• Built or run a B2B sales motion aimed at Australian small businesses and know how they actually buy
• Shipped an upsell / cross-sell motion across an existing customer base
• Are technical enough to talk credibly with engineers and AI vendors, and flexibly minded enough to switch between sales floor and strategy session in the same day
• The operator's instinct: you know the numbers on Monday morning and you're still close to customers on Friday
