Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director, Enterprise Growth based in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility to work remotely. The Director will lead business development initiatives to drive revenue growth, manage strategic sales efforts, and develop new partnerships. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, creating and executing growth strategies, leading sales campaigns,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless CX solutions. The role also involves high-level client engagement to foster strong and lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will champion innovation and support transformation efforts aligning with the company’s mission of blending digital and human capabilities. Qualifications
