Now we need a sharp researcher to help us decide which ones to build. The Role You'll work directly with our Director and General Manager. You'll dig into Australian music industry data: artists, audience trends, festivals and competitors. Then you'll turn it into clear feasibility calls on large-scale events

What You'll Do
· Analyse market data and trends and turn them into insights that shape decisions.
· Write, proofread and polish report decks, and brief our designers.
· Keep projects moving: minutes, scheduling, workshops and filing. What You Bring
· 4+ years in admin or analysis across events,



attractions, exhibitions or live entertainment.
· Confidence with AI tools, Microsoft Office and G Suite, on both Mac and PC.
· Sharp writing, a excellent phone manner and an eye for detail.
· Initiative, a can-do attitude and a team-player mindset.
