Most clinical lead roles ask you to do two full time jobs at once. This one doesn’t. ? We’re hiring a Clinical Lead – Brisbane/Adelaide at Positive Mind Body, and we’ve built the role around what experienced practitioners keep telling us they want. ? You won’t be just another number. You’ll know everyone by name, and what you'll build will actually stick. You’ll have direct input into decisions on service delivery, quality and growth. ⚖️ A balance that works. Your caseload is around 40–50% of your week, so the reduction is real. The rest is protected time for leading, supervising and growing your team. ? Supervision for you too. Supervision is for leaders as well. You’ll get weekly clinical and leadership supervision. You won’t be building this alone. ? Flexibility and autonomy. You’ll work from home, set your own schedule and get no micromanagement.



We trust you to do your job. Monthly in-person catch-ups keep us connected. ? The package: $115K–$130K + super + performance bonus + $1/km travel + relocation support + full admin support, so you can focus on what you do best. Who we’re looking for: a Proficient-level (or above) Behaviour Support Practitioner with supervision or mentoring experience who is ready to lead.
