Your new role We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Network Endpoint Analytics Specialist. This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment until 30/06/2028 with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. Location for this role: 1 day at NMHS, 2 days at 81 SGT and 2 days WFH. As a member of Infrastructure, you will be responsible for:
• Administering and maintaining the endpoint visibility and network analytics platforms, including health monitoring, upgrades, policy updates, and system optimisation.
• Performing ongoing network monitoring to ensure continuous visibility of network-connected endpoints.
• Assisting in maintaining accurate endpoint inventories and support reconciliation activities with CMDB and associated asset management systems.
• Providing specialist technical support, operational management, and analysis for network endpoint discovery, profiling, visibility,



and policy identification platforms within the approved operational scope.
• Providing support to the Manager Infrastructure Networks and Telephony and other senior management by supporting and promoting activities that are designed to translate the policy framework for delivery of effective, efficient, and timely infrastructure operations. Please view the
