Location in Hobart, TAS, with the flexibility to work from home part time, this hybrid role involves fathering and analysing business requirements, developing business processes, performing systems analysis, and providing regular analytical reports.



The Senior Business Analyst will ensure that project deliverables meet business objectives and work closely with stakeholders to address and resolve technical issues. Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and business issues to develop practical recommendations.
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis, including requirements elicitation, stakeholder engagement, and solution definition.
• Proficiency in business process mapping development.
• Capability to define, document, and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings, facilitate workshops, and build effective relationships at all organisational levels.
• Experience working on ICT-related projects or programs, ideally in complex or multi-stakeholder environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
