The Opportunity As a Sales Associate, you'll work directly alongside an established, high performing Lead Agent, gaining invaluable experience across every stage of the property sales process. From managing buyer enquiries and attending property inspections, to assisting with appraisals, negotiations and client relationships, you'll play an integral role in delivering exceptional results. With ongoing one on one mentoring, industry leading technology and dedicated career support, you'll develop the skills, confidence and connections to take your real estate career to the next level. What You’ll Do
• Managing administrative aspects of our agents appraisal and sales process
• Assisting with buyer management and negotiation of offers
• Attending appointments and inspections at properties
• Booking and completing appraisals for clients
• Building and nurturing a database of clients
• Collecting data through cold calling, door knocking, letterbox dropping Who We're Looking For
