About the Role
We are on the hunt for an experienced Interior Designer to join our Perth Showroom This is an exciting prospect to combine your interior design expertise with your passion for sales and customer service. Importantly, this is a customer-facing, sales-driven role, where you will be based on the showroom floor engaging with clients, developing relationships and converting opportunities into sales. You will guide clients through the entire design journey, from the initial brief and concept development through to final presentation, while creating tailored interior solutions that reflect their individual style and needs. You will also support Design Consultants with their interior design projects, taking the lead in developing creative concepts and delivering exceptional outcomes. With a competitive base salary and uncapped commission potential, offering some of the best earning opportunities in the market, this role is ideal for a commercially minded designer who enjoys working directly with clients and is motivated to achieve strong sales results.

What You'll Do
• Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience to every client who visits our showroom.
• Actively engage with customers on the showroom floor, build relationships and identify opportunities to drive sales.




• Manage interior design projects from the initial client brief through to concept development and final presentation.
• Create polished concept presentation documents and detailed interior design documentation.
• Develop floor plans, schedules and material and finish selections to bring design concepts to life.
• Lead design projects, developing innovative and considered solutions that meet client needs and reflect the Coco Republic aesthetic.
• Work collaboratively with Design Consultants to support projects, maximise sales opportunities and deliver outstanding client outcomes.
• Build and maintain a strong knowledge of our furniture collections, products and design trends.
• Work towards and achieve sales targets, KPIs and performance expectations.
• Ensure project scopes and documentation are accurate and complete before client presentations.
• Proactively manage client leads and communicate opportunities requiring follow-up or reallocation. Who You Are
• Experienced in a similar Interior Designer role, ideally within a retail, showroom or interior design environment.
• Qualified in Interior Design.
• Confident engaging with customers, building relationships and delivering a premium, personalised service.
• Commercially minded, with experience working towards sales targets, KPIs or revenue goals.
• Motivated by sales performance and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.




• An exceptional communicator with strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and client priorities.
• Passionate about interiors, furniture and transforming homes into beautifully considered spaces.
• Proactive, self-motivated and committed to delivering outstanding results.
