Location:
Sydney We at Coforge are seeking for Business Analyst with experience on Capital Market.

Key Responsibilities
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment, and process mapping.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and UAT activities.
• Support solution design discussions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with QA teams during testing and validation phases.




• Track and manage requirement changes and ensure proper documentation. Required Skills &

Experience:
• 8-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets and/or Asset Management.
• Robust understanding of investment management, portfolio management, securities, equities, fixed income, derivatives, and trade lifecycle.
• Experience in front-office, middle-office, or back-office processes.
• Expertise in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
