Role Description As an Associate Advisor at Ark Total Wealth, you will support senior advisors in delivering high-quality financial advice and client service. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing advice documents, conducting research on investment and strategy options, and assisting with financial modeling and projections. You will help maintain client files, coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and respond to routine client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This is a full time, office role based in Sydney, NSW, with some work-from-home flexibility. You will collaborate closely with the broader Ark Advisory team,



including accounting and mortgage broking, to ensure cohesive solutions for clients. Qualifications
• Strong analytical and research abilities, including comfort with financial data, modeling, and problem-solving.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and professionally.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and financial planning or CRM software (experience in financial services systems is advantageous).
• Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, economics, commerce, or a related field; progress toward or completion of financial planning-specific certifications is beneficial.
• Demonstrated client service focus, integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
• Understanding of, or strong interest in, financial advice, investment principles, and regulatory obligations within the Australian financial services environment.
