About The Opportunity One of our operating companies, Cloudwize, is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join their growing team in Tamworth, NSW. • Deliver outstanding remote and onsite technical support to a broad range of clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, hardware,



and software issues.
• Configure and deploy devices, applications, and cloud-based solutions.
• Support user administration across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and Entra ID environments.
• Assist with cloud migrations, technology upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ticket records.
• Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted technology advisor.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance client outcomes. What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in IT support, ideally within an MSP or fast-paced multi-client environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft technologies and end-user devices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
• Exposure to Azure, Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, or cyber security technologies is highly desirable.
• A customer-first approach with excellent communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and genuine desire to learn and grow.
