What You'll Be Doing

As our Casual Beginner Gymnastics Coach, you'll be working closely with new gymnasts, helping them build their confidence and foundational skills in a warm and welcoming setting. Your day-to-day will involve:

- Delivering fun, engaging, and age-appropriate gymnastics sessions for beginners
- Creating a safe and positive environment where everyone feels welcome and encouraged
- Teaching fundamental gymnastics skills and techniques with patience and enthusiasm
- Supporting gymnasts of all ages and abilities as they take their very first steps in the sport
- Communicating openly and warmly with participants and their families
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all gymnasts during training sessions

What We're Looking For





We're on the lookout for someone who is friendly, motivated, and genuinely loves working with people. Here's what would make you a great fit:

- A background or experience in gymnastics (at any level!)
- A passion for coaching and helping others learn and grow
- Great communication skills and a naturally positive attitude
- Patience and the ability to adapt your coaching style to suit different learners
- A current or willingness to obtain relevant coaching accreditation
- A valid Working with Children Check (or equivalent)
- Reliability and a genuine commitment to your gymnasts' progress
