About the Role

We are seeking reliable and motivated Meat Production Workers to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing and meat processing environment.

With production expected to increase in the coming months, additional positions may become available as we prepare for the busy Christmas period. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking flexible work with consistent weekday shifts.

Experience in meat processing or butchery is highly regarded. However, candidates with kitchen hand or food preparation experience will also be considered, provided they have strong knife-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with daily food production and meat processing activities.

· Safely and efficiently handle knives and cutting equipment.

· Maintain high standards of food hygiene, food safety and workplace health and safety.

· Follow production procedures and instructions.





· Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets.

· Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.

· Handle RAW Meat PORK, BEEF and Chicken

About You

The successful candidates will be:

· Reliable, punctual and committed to their rostered shifts.

· Hardworking, practical and willing to learn.

· Comfortable working in a cold food production workplace.

· Able to follow instructions and food safety procedures.

· A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

· Confident using knives safely and efficiently.

· MUST have own transport

On Offer

· Hours: 6am - 3pm Monday - Friday

· $34.65 hr + Super

· Ongoing to Perm prospect

· Parking on site
