Recruitment Select is currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Storeperson to work within a well-established and respected local manufacturer.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehousing operations, the ability to work autonomously, and excellent organisational skills. This role requires someone who can effectively manage stock, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure the warehouse operates efficiently and safely.

To be considered for this position, you must:

- Have previous experience in a warehouse environment, preferably within the manufacturing, timber, or building products industry.
- Current LF Forklift Licence, with experience handling large, bulky, or irregular-sized loads highly regarded.
- Proven skills in picking, packing, stock receipting, and dispatch operations.
- Sound knowledge of freight preparation, transport documentation, inventory management, and stock control processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a solid focus on order accuracy and stock verification.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the initiative to work independently and proactively complete tasks.

- Reliable, punctual, and accountable, with a professional approach to all aspects of work.
- Bring a positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
- Be self-motivated while also enjoying working collaboratively within a team environment.
- Be physically fit and capable of safely performing manual handling duties.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow procedures and work instructions.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Maintain a reliable and productive work pace while meeting operational requirements.
- Display professionalism, respect for colleagues, and contribute positively to workplace culture.
- Hold a current LF Forklift Licence (essential).
- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol screen
- Current Police Check
- Full working rights in Australia
