We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to join our team.

YOUR ROLE

You'll take ownership of end-to-end delivery of large-scale software implementations for global clients, acting as the senior point of accountability from requirements through to client acceptance and sign-off.

You will:

- Own delivery of complex, multi-workstream programmes, quickly understanding the technical and functional detail of each area and constructively challenging SMEs without needing to be a specialist in each.
- Build trusted relationships with client executives, including CEO and C-suite level, and confidently manage tense or high-stakes conversations with a firm but fair approach.
- Go beyond reporting by actively identifying risks, putting mitigations and recovery plans in place,



and working hands-on with teams to keep delivery on track.
- Oversee testing across the lifecycle, including test strategy, UAT, defect triage and go-live readiness.
- Balance customer expectations with commercial, budgetary and contractual considerations, protecting both client outcomes and organisational interests.
- Provide clear, consistent reporting on progress, risks, issues and decisions to client and internal leadership.
- Ensure delivery documentation, including functional specifications, is complete and signed off, working closely with SMEs.
- Introduce and embed delivery best practice, governance and discipline across programmes.
- Raise issues early and communicate directly so stakeholders always know where delivery stands.

ABOUT YOU

You will bring:

- Proven experience leading large-scale software implementations across multiple regions or time zones.
- A strong track record of engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Strong working knowledge of software testing and release practices.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts and commercial or contractual commitments.
