About Us

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Airport Passenger Service Officer /Ground Staff to join a prestigious 5-star Japanese airline.

This role is ideal for someone with previous airline or airport operations experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and support passenger handling and daily airline operations
- Ensure operational tasks are completed efficiently and within required timeframes
- Liaise with ground handling and airport service providers
- Supervise and coordinate outsourced service partners as an airline representative
- Provide office and administrative support
- Respond to operational issues and changing priorities
- Perform other operational duties as required

Your Profile

Previous airline or airport operations experience is essential.

- About 3 years of airport, airline operations or relevant customer service experience
- Previous experience in passenger services or a similar airline/airport role
- Supervisory or team coordination experience will be highly regarded




- Strong written and spoken English
- Japanese language skills are an advantage, but not essential
- Genuine interest in Japan, Japanese culture or working within a Japanese company
- Good Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Able to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced operational environment
- Physically fit and comfortable working rotating shifts

Working Hours

This is a full-time shift-based position :

- 8-hour rostered shifts, including 7.5 working hours + 30-minute break
- Morning shift: 7:30am – 3:30pm
- Afternoon shift: 3:30pm – 11:30pm
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster is required
