Mercor is hiring Senior Software Engineers to work on a project with a leading AI research lab. You'll apply your open-source engineering experience to real software engineering work.

You're a good fit if you:

- Work as a Senior, Staff or Principal Software Engineer (or equivalent senior individual contributor)
- Actively contribute to open-source projects, with merged pull requests or commits in the last 6 months
- Maintain or contribute to projects with real adoption, such as 100+ GitHub stars or clear package usage

Contract and Payment Terms

- You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
- This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
- Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.

- Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
