About The Role:

We're looking for a social-native Social Client Coordinator to join our Social team in Melbourne. Every week our clients record conversations, and our team turns them into short-form content that travels across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.

You'll pick the moments worth clipping from each episode, then make sure everything goes out right: scheduled on time, captioned well and on brand for every client. Your time will be spent across several client accounts reviewing and scheduling content. Our production team handles the editing, so this isn't an editing role.

From short-form to long-form content, you’ll grow a deep understanding of what works for a client and why.

Success In the Role

- Social Native: You're on short-form every day, and you notice why a clip worked, not just that it did
- Amazing at Clipping: You can watch a long conversation and spot the 30 seconds worth clipping, every time
- Flexible: You're comfortable moving between short-form and long-form work as clients need
- Detail-Oriented: Captions, schedules and approvals go out right the first time
- Organised: You keep several clients moving at once without anything slipping
- Coachable: You like feedback and use it quickly

What You'll Need

- A social-first, native instinct for what performs (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn)
- An exceptional eye for clipping: the moment, the hook and where the cut lands
- Flexibility to work across short-form and long-form content
- Tight copywriting: hooks, captions and titles
- Experience scheduling and publishing content, on your own channels or someone else's
- Comfort reading performance data against account size
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- A media, content or agency internship is a plus, not a requirement

What You'll Do

- Watching client episodes and picking clip moments: timestamps, hook and platform
- Writing on-screen hooks, captions and titles to a brief, in each client's voice
- Scheduling and publishing approved content across client channels
- Preparing approval documents and tracking what's outstanding
- Pulling and organising performance data for client reporting
- Keeping our workflow system accurate, and catching problems before anything goes live
