In this role, you will:

- Create and schedule agile social content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube shorts to grow the channel’s audience both in Australia and globally.
- Work closely with the team to create new and exciting content to drive engagement.
- Stay ahead of trends, bringing fresh, innovative ideas that keep the The OG Crew brand at the forefront of social media.
- Supporting ideation in developing short form ideas for brand collaborations.
- Analysing performance metrics before testing and refining social media content to improve virality & retention.

What You’ll Need

- Proven experience in social media content creation
- Strong production skills and knowledge of best‑practice techniques
- Ability to write, produce, edit and post audio‑visual content for digital channels
- Skilled in industry tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro (or similar)
- Experience with Photoshop, Capcut, Canva, HTML and CMS platforms
