About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our TA team on a full-time, 3-month temporary basis, with the possibility of extension or permanency.

This role has two parts. You’ll get stuck into high-volume recruitment, helping us find great people for our sales and contact centre teams. You’ll also roll up your sleeves on projects that improve how we recruit, including reporting, process improvement, proactive sourcing and employer brand.

What You’ll Do

- Manage high-volume recruitment end to end, from sourcing and screening through interviews and offers
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and keep the pipeline moving
- Source proactively through Seek,



LinkedIn and our talent networks
- Help build our TA reporting and data, turning numbers into insights we can act on
- Find and fix inefficiencies in our recruitment process
- Contribute to employer brand and candidate experience initiatives
- Support the wider TA team and share ideas on how we can do things better

What you’ll bring

- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally in sales, contact centre or financial services
- Confidence working with busy, fast-moving stakeholders
- A strong sourcing toolkit, especially on LinkedIn and Seek
- An eye for process and data, with comfort building simple reports
- Experience with JobAdder (or similar ATS) and Google Workspace is a bonus
- The ability to hit the ground running in a temporary role
- A positive, team-first attitude
