We’re Hiring: Technical Lead – AWS | Node.js | React

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to lead cloud-native application development, technical delivery, and production support within a complex enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical design, development, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Guide onsite and offshore teams across frontend, backend, AWS, and DevOps.
- Drive CI/CD automation, infrastructure deployment, and release management.
- Oversee L3/L4 production support, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
- Ensure application security, scalability, performance, and operational reliability.

Key Requirements:

- 10+ years of overall IT/software engineering experience.




- Strong hands-on AWS experience with a relevant AWS certification.
- Expertise in Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, APIs, and PostgreSQL/Amazon Aurora.
- Experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Strong production troubleshooting, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with AWS serverless architectures and event-driven systems is highly desirable.
