The role

Be the writing specialist behind a brand with purpose.

We’re looking for an experienced Copywriter to create clear and engaging copy across campaigns, digital experiences, products and provide support when required for member and corporate communications. As our lead writing specialist, you’ll combine creative thinking, commercial writing and content strategy to strengthen our brand and support business growth.

In this role, you will

- Write compelling copy for website, landing pages, EDMs and customer journeys, marketing collateral and campaigns.
- Translate complex financial products and concepts into explicit, engaging and accessible language.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to develop fit for purpose copy,



refine briefs and deliver effective content solutions.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing and agency teams to bring brand storytelling and campaign ideas to life.
- Apply SEO, accessibility, content design and conversion principles to optimise digital copy.
- Maintain content governance frameworks, writing guidelines, templates and best-practice resources across the organisation.
- Use AI and content technologies responsibly to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with subject matter experts, Legal and Compliance teams to ensure content is accurate, compliant and appropriately reviewed.
