Job Description

We’re looking for a GCP Data Engineer to build and support secure, scalable data pipelines across Google Cloud Platform. You’ll work with real-time streaming and batch processing, integrate upstream data sources and help make data accessible to the right people while protecting sensitive information.

This role combines hands-on data engineering with a robust focus on governance. If you enjoy solving integration challenges and building reliable, well-controlled data solutions, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll do

- Develop and maintain real-time streaming and batch data pipelines using Dataflow and BigQuery.
- Build and manage data transformation workflows using Dataform, and orchestrate services and processes using Workflows, Eventarc and Cloud Run.
- Integrate upstream data sources, investigate dependencies and resolve data ingestion and integration challenges.
- Implement data redaction and masking, row-level security (RLS), column-level security (CLS), taxonomies and policy tags to protect sensitive data.
- Apply supported Google Cloud data governance mechanisms so that data access aligns with business and security requirements.
